Only offer extended was a partial refund ($5-$6). Accepted offer. Seller noted refund was issued; eBay countered that claim. Since no refund was received, filed a return claim. Seller never sent return label (eBay policy). eBay ruled in my favor; issued full refund. If have problems with seller, file a claim with eBay.
