Had to remind the buyer that I had paid for this item and it needed to be posted to me. Said she forgot it had been sold. Then got an email to say she had lost the item. To her credit I got an refund straight away but it was disappointing. Not a very organised seller. I could not recommend.

I did not realize it was still listed. It is a significant difference in a narrative of what happened. As I put the item away for "safe keeping", I may find tucked it away or not. I would buy the same and send it to the buyer regardless of cost, however, it was a unique piece for £0.99. I purchase the send-off label moments after contact with the buyer and within 24 hours, by part spend on looking for it - I informed the buyer that so far i cannot find it.
