Item arrived in time and OK but I can not say how this module is working. It does not output 5V neither if I connect 5V to the module on control pins, module is not working. So it is useless to me. It has no detail description how it is working. Description should be better. Also required PWM frequency is different in pictures and different in description so which one is it?
