I communicated with the seller prior to returning the item in his description. He said it was a clean hat unfortunately it smelled very strong of perfume or cologne that did not air out over a period of two weeks with very disappointed. He was able to return the merchandise, but didn’t give me my shipping back. This was not a choice of mine since they had was not clean and it did smell, the negative rating is due to having me pay the shipping return back for an item that was not as described.
