I am disappointed that the seller did not clearly state this doll’s flaws. The seller did not include in the item description or photos that this doll’s right ear is almost completely scratched off. Had I known, I would not have purchased. It is incredibly frustrating as a doll collector when sellers leave out flaw details. Please be more transparent in the future! I would not have bought this item had I been aware of the flaw.

I am very sorry for the error. I did not notice the flaw on the doll's ear lobe. I happily offer you a full refund plus return shipping since you would not have purchased her had you been aware of her flaw. I understand. I will certainly be more careful in examining an entire item before listing it for sale in the future.
