I actually want a refund. It was a gift for my daughter's birthday and she was soooo embarrassing because she opened it in front of all our family and friends and was was super excited. She opened the package and as soon as she pulled open the flap, the button came off!! I was mortified!! You clearly can see that someone tried to glue it back together. I have pictures.
