Incorrectly advertised (as age 6) when the clothes were clearly labelled (5-6) which size they were. When I contacted the seller they were incredibly unhelpful and unwilling to apologise for a mistake in advertising, instead offered an opinion on what sizes should fit what age (age 5-6 should fit a 6+). Offered to return for a refund (which would still leave me out of pocket) but was rejected and just offered a 10%discount on items I cannot use.

The buyer was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me and didn’t even give me a chance to explain the reason why I did advertise the clothes as age 6, as 1 outfit was age 6-7 with tag removed.Physically the clothes fit 6 years old girl,but the buyer has admitted that she expected the clothes to fit her daughter later on, not now! I did apologise, but the buyer demanded constantly that she want to return the items only because she had the wrong expectation the clothes to be age 6-7 age instead 6!
