I believe you should of contacted me first to work this out prior to leaving negative feedback. I have sold multiple strips for over a year now and never had a problem. I would be happy to replace any defective item. I find it hard to believe that 3 separate packages have defective strips? Perhaps you do not know how to use the product or are simply not in ketosis.
