This individual bought the item in war-ravaged Ukraine, attempted to connect it to the equally battered local grid, and unsurprisingly, fried the unit. Next, they demanded a refund for their own blunder. To top it all off, they slapped a negative review on my eBay, painting me as some kind of scam artist.
