Item arrived quickly. Laptop was wrapped multiple times with bubble wrap to protect it. Item was accurately described in terms of physical condition. OS was already configured past the initial welcome screen that sets up account and settings. It had a default account with blank password. I chose to Erase All Content and Settings to reinstall OS , but it wouldn't allow me to until I set Secure Erase with Full Security. That is done through OS recovery (command + R) during bootup.
