I offered to issue full refund upon the return of the item because I absolutely made a mistake I was unaware of until after the item sold. The buyer said to either issue a partial refund and allow them to keep the item or they would leave negative feedback. I made the exact same mistake on an identical item & that buyer is returning the item & will receive a full refund but they aren't using negative feedback as a means to get to keep the item which still has value. I made a mistake. I'm human
