Purchased an item was then told it couldn't be dispatched for a week, I was OK with this, but then seller randomly sent a refund and said they couldn't dispatch on the day it was supposed to go out. I offered to have a courier collect but didn't receive a response. If you're not able to post things you shouldn't have listings on eBay. Really disappointing as this was supposed to be a gift.

I was open and honest with you, and replied to your queries promptly. I informed you that I would not be able to send the item, so I would think it obvious that I would then send a refund. Unfortunately things happen in life and circumstances change.
