The hard drive I ordered had a mechanical issue, but I’m not complaining because they made the return process incredibly easy. Full refund issued in just a couple of days, and they provided a pre-paid return mailing label almost instantly after I reported the problem. Hard drives can easily get damaged in shipment through no fault of the seller, and I don’t consider this to be their fault. It happens. But their customer service is top-notch and super friendly.
