Each product was almost exactly as described, though one of the descriptors didn’t quite make sense (an “off-brand” converter that was described by the seller actually didn’t fit the pen in question at all, I don’t think — a little leaky!). Each item was packed securely and the shipping was quick and easy.

The Sailor pen came with an ink converter which I mentioned was not a Sailor ink converter in the description. I tested the ink converter and did not have the experience you had that is why I included it.
