Cool item arrived quickly and well packaged, although next time please put something between the book and the bottom of the box as I opened it from the bottom and could have damaged the book if I had not been careful. Also, although listed "as new", it had a few small creases/dents on the outside, but as those were shown in the photos, I'm not fussed. Cool book, thank you! :-)
