If your item is faulty in a way not described, or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, please get in touch via the correct eBay returns process.
This service MUST NOT be used for 'change of mind' returns. Doing so is an abuse of the eBay returns system and a breach of the Buying Practice Policy and will be reported to eBay with the possibility of sanctions to your account.
If you do not want your item due to Change of Mind, or you have made an error in buying this item, please let me know via the eBay return item system within 14 days or receipt, and then please return in the original packaging within 14 days.
Goods must be received back in the same condition as they arrived with you. All labels and tags on clothing MUST be present
You are responsible for their safe return, so please wrap very well.
Damaged or lost 'change of mind' returns are the responsibility of the sender. GOODS MUST BE RETURNED CARRIAGE PAID AT YOUR EXPENSE.
We suggest a tracked and/or signed service. You will be refunded the cost of the item plus the cost of the lowest postage option available at time of ordering.
Please let me know if you wish to delay payment longer than three days to bid on other items.
eBay sellers have to dispatch almost straight away after payment is received. We cannot hold back items after you have paid.
We do not end auctions early.
Buying more than one item?
UK customers pay postage for the heaviest item only, extra items in the same parcel are sent at at no additional postage cost (for cheapest postage option only)
Outside UK - postage is charged according to weight and size of parcel. If you want an idea of postal costs, please get in touch and I will weigh all items including packaging and give you a quote.
Orders can only be combined BEFORE payment.
I will endeavour to highlight major imperfections in the item description, and within the photographs. Many of my items are of an old age and may have picked up minor marks and flaws which should be generally expected.
The photographs form part of the item description, therefore you are invited to both read all of the description, and view all of the photographs.
There may be colour variations between your screen and the actual colour of the object. Total colour accuracy is not guaranteed.
I don't pretend to be an expert on the items I sell. If you are interested in something, you probably know more about it than I do.
Therefore, if I have missed something from the description, or misdescribed something, it is unintentional so please let me know.
If a box, certificate etc, is not photographed or mentioned, then it is not part of the auction.

UK customers have a choice of two or more postal options, so please choose the option that suits your needs. Collections are not possible as I list for several sellers. The item is not kept at the address on the listing and may be being posted from many miles away.
For non UK customers, International Postage will be by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, or their parcel subsidiary, Parcelforce Worldwide. Larger or heavier parcels may be carried by other couriers.
There may be unavoidable customs delays regardless of service offered. Any additional customs charges are not the responsibility of the seller.
I reserve the right to upgrade the carrier and/or service at my own cost.
