Seller notes: “The dress is in overall fine to good condition for its age, with flaws including a number of small ... “The dress is in overall fine to good condition for its age, with flaws including a number of small holes & pinholes, slightly larger holes along the underside of each sleeve, a bit of discoloration to the interior collar area, several age spots or small streaks of fading, and some gentle wear and fraying to the underside of the rear hem. Additionally, some of the lace trim appears to be replaced at a later date, as it is a different style than the rest. The dress will best fit modern sizes Small and X-Small. I haven't attempted to launder the dress, but it appears to have been dry cleaned & carefully stored by the previous owner. It is clean, free of odors, and all ready for wear or display. This elegant Victorian gown will make a fascinating addition to any fine wardrobe or collection! (Please expand "See Full Description" link for additional details.)”
