    Bizarre experience! Item arrived with marks on the material that matched glue & wood stain. I asked for cleaning advice since there were no care instructions; seller asked for multiple rounds of pics, eventually claiming rudely that they couldn't see them 'without a magnifying glass' & demanding a return so they could donate it, despite knowing I needed it for event seating. I reiterated I only wanted cleaning advice but they insisted on the faff while refusing any fault. Refund arrived okay.
