    Ordered a bike 2 weeks before my sons birthday and was told it was dispatched 2 days after ordering, after a week of no bike tried contacting the seller with absolutely no communication back, I then received confirmation the bike had been dispatched 3 weeks after ordering. Needless to say I cancelled the order. Not a very good what's so ever

    DONT ORDER ANYTHING- YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!Product was never sent and did not arrived. Organised a replacement order and didn't recieve this and then they stopped replying to my emails. I wish I had read the other reviews in detail before I placed the order as I wouldn't have ordered from them. My rare mistake. They ruined the birthday surprise for my 12 year old and nearly two weeks after his birthday still has not got his bike.
