    Asked seller prior to purchase if this "like new open box" recorder came with the Olympus software for it. Seller emailed that the serial number would allow me to download the software. It does not. Seller hasn't returned follow up email. Without that software, this is like a $50 recorder than I paid $160 for. Not useful for what I need because the .dss transcription files can't be read without the Olympus software.
