    The product I received doesn't match the original listing image. The seller has since changed the photo to reflect the item they sent me. I initiated a return, but it was closed by mistake. I have tried contacting the seller multiple times, but they either haven't responded or have been unhelpful. They repeatedly told me to use the standard return process even after I explained that I was unable to do so. I've heard nothing from them since. This seller refuses to cooperate.
