The jar was not wrapped well on the inside of the box and you could hear it moving around. I sent pictures. The seller felt it was still useable. In addition styrofoam was packed all around for extra safety. Buyer claimed small chip upon arrival and asked for small refund. I ended up refunding price of jar with small chip so that buyer would be happy and allowed her to still keep the jar as it was still very usable as small chip was inside.
