It did take a strangely long time for the seller to mail it, and there was never any communication about the delay—it was ordered at around 3am on Aug 28, postmarked Sept 2, and arrived on Sept 8—quite slow, even with the Labor Day holiday. Still, it’s here, and I love it— thanks!

It is sealed and brand new and came in a plastic protective cover. It looks great and was packed securely in an item fitting box that was then wrapped in bubble wrap. Excellent packaging. My only urk is that the card was only protected in a dirty top loader that should have been cleaned out before re-adding card (There was debris in there causing damage). The quality of the card matches the picture by about 98% as there is some minor discoloring and creases that were undisclosed in the listing. All in all great transactions and opportunity. Saved this seller for future purchases as they have a cool collection.
