I had a bad stick of RAM and discovered this about a week after receiving. I was able to test and troubleshoot and isolate the problem. Contacted the seller and asked if they could send a replacement stick of RAM. I received a quick response and quickly placed a replacement stick in the mail. 5-Stars for service. Laptop seems good, and came in great shape. I like the black cover on the top. Thank you
