    Ho ricevuto un articolo diverso da quello acquistato. Il venditore ha risposto tardivamente, incolpando chi gestisce le sue inserzioni, e promettendo consegna entro una settimana nonostante la mia l'urgenza. Tuttavia, non ha mantenuto le promesse e non si è più fatto sentire fino alla richiesta di reso tramite eBay. Sono trascorsi oltre un mese dall'ordine al rimborso. E' senza ombra di dubbio il peggior venditore che abbia mai trovato su ebay in oltre 10 anni!

    Buonasera, capisco l'arrabbiatura ma addirittura il peggior venditore su ebay in oltre 10 anni... non oso immaginare che cosa avrebbe scritto se non le avessimo restistuito neppure il denaro! Per dovere di cronaca: ha ricevuto il suo pacco in 48 ore, purtroppo non andava bene. le abbiamo proposto la sostituzione con prodotto disponibile presso nostro fornitore, ha accettato e poi dopo qualche tempo (con gestività e sciopero BRT di mezzo) ha fatto richiesta di reso... cosa dovevamo fare noi?
