Seller and I had difficulties communicating to make deal because Ebay blocked messages stating that it was against Ebay policy to make outside of Ebay EVEN THOUGH I STATED SPECIFICALLY THAT MY INQUIRY WAS CONNECTED TO MY INTENDED PURCHASE ON EBAY and Ebay blocked my address to seller after I won the ebay auction becasue Ebay thought that the listing was for local pickup only???
