So of course you refused acceptance.Afterwards i tried to solve the problem. But unfortunately UPS customs team was very busy and slow and asked for more patience. As the rack was a birthday present you cancelled the purchase and got full refund. Sorry for the experience! M.D.

We use it in our wine store to display wine and small bouquets of flowers. Immediately upon putting it out in display, we got compliments.
