Se avete sbagliato nell’acquistare un prodotto da un negozio on-line, potete restituirlo facendo valere il diritto di recesso. Il diritto di recesso può essere esercitato entro dieci (10) giorni dal ricevimento dei prodotti.

E’ possibile restituire la merce senza fornire alcuna spiegazione. Per fare valere il diritto di recesso, occorre inviare una semplice E-MAIL, in cui si manifesta la volontà di voler esercitare il diritto di recesso per i prodotti acquistati, che dovrà però essere confermato dal negozio on-line, entro 48 ore, dall’invio della E-MAIL stessa.

Una volta inviata la comunicazione di recesso, solitamente è necessario richiedere al negozio on-line una sorta di autorizzazione al rientro della merce prima di spedirla: si tratta generalmente di un documento di rientro, chiamato RMA, che dovrà essere inserito nel pacco contenente la merce recessa.
