I don’t know what magic are in these strips. But basically all my bags were sliding off my winter coat. I put the strips on my bags as soon as I received them and have tested them with all my bags out and all of them stayed on my shoulder! I had the choice to buy cheaper ones from Amazon (I’m in UK) but decided to pay a bit extra to get a better brand. I’m so glad I did!

Excellent item. I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted to help out anyone who (like me) is conflicted about this item because of the reviews saying it doesn’t work. This works tremendously well, I attached it to my most stubbornly slippery bags (Gucci Jackie bag and the Loewe jacqueted fabric strap) which were borderline unusable because of how much they they slip. With these “purse gummies” they have zero slip, even over my most slippery cashmere / silk tops. Cannot recommend enough.
