Il consumatore ha diritto alla restituzione della merce in conformità della Direttiva 2011/83/Ue.

Il consumatore può recedere dal contratto di acquisto entro 14 giorni dalla data di ricevimento della merce senza penalità e senza alcun obbligo di motivazione. Prima della scadenza del periodo di recesso, il consumatore deve comunicare la sua decisione di esercitare il diritto di recesso dal contratto inviando un'e-mail all'indirizzo otakumegashop@gmail.com

Il diritto di recesso si intende correttamente esercitato se la comunicazione relativa all'esercizio del diritto stesso è inviata dal consumatore prima della scadenza del periodo di recesso. Il consumatore è tenuto a restituire la merce senza indebito ritardo e in ogni caso entro 14 giorni dalla data in cui ha comunicato la decisione di effettuare il recesso. Il termine è rispettato se il consumatore rispedisce la merce prima della scadenza del periodo di 14 giorni.

La merce deve essere restituita integra, completa di tutte le sue parti e nel suo imballaggio originale. Sarà nostra cura al momento del ricevimento della merce verificare le suddette condizioni. Il costo della restituzione della merce è a carico del consumatore ed è pari ad un importo massimo di circa 12 Euro.

Il consumatore è responsabile della diminuzione del valore dei beni risultante da una manipolazione dei beni diversa da quella necessaria per stabilire la natura, le caratteristiche ed il funzionamento dei beni. La spedizione della merce, fino al ricevimento presso il nostro magazzino, è sotto completa responsabilità del consumatore. Otaku MegaShop is not responsible in any way for damage, theft or loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments Otaku MegaShop will refund all payments made on our behalf, as soon as possible after receipt of goods, and in any event no later than the deadline of 14 days.
