Delivery requires a signature, which of course it should for something that costs nearly £200, but they do not offer Saturdays or collection points. So if you work full time don't bother ordering. Third and final delivery attempt they left outside door without receiving a signature, but delivery partner lied and said I had taken receipt of it. They had packed the wrong item, but wouldn't refund me and collect, instead forcing a redelivery, which again couldnt be recieved. Useless comms.
