Sometimes mistakes happen and usually sellers are quick to make amends when they've supplied the wrong item.
Not in this case however. Two messages from me about the wrong diameter of the nylon rod have been ignored.
So I'll re-order from a different seller, one that I'm sure won't act so unprofessionally.
