Nice machine.! But you need to push down the seeds as you go grinding as soon as you feel going too easy.I am happy with the paste.A weight like a round plastic disc about 2 inches diameter with a 2 inch diameter steel ball or lead on top ( make a whole in the plastic so the ball is going to stay in it ) I will try to place on the top of the poppy seeds hoping that will push down the seeds as I crank the handle so I do not have to keep pushing down with my fingers getting messy too
