6 Widerrufsrecht und Geld-zurück-Regelungen

6.1 Der Käufer hat das Recht, die Ware innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Lieferdatum ohne Angabe von Gründen zurückzuschicken.

6.2 Innerhalb dieser Periode hat der Käufer das Recht, mit dem Kaufobjekt alles in angemessener Weise Erforderliche zu tun, um es zu beurteilen und zu entscheiden, ob es zufriedenstellend ist und der Beschreibung entspricht.

6.3 Der Käufer kann dazu das Produkt aus der Verpackung entnehmen, sofern die Verpackung nicht versiegelt ist.

6.4 Dieses Widerrufsrecht verfällt, sobald der Zustand des Kaufobjekts nicht mehr genau dem Zustand am Lieferdatum entspricht.

6.5 Der Käufer nimmt vor Rückversand des Kaufobjekts Kontakt mit dem Verkäufer auf unter Nutzung der Kontaktdaten in Punkt 9 der vorliegenden AGB.

6.6 Versicherter Rückversand des Kaufobjekts ist alleinige Verantwortung des Käufers. Der Käufer trägt alle mit dem Rückversand verbundenen Kosten.

6.7 Das Kaufobjekt ist typischerweise ein besonders hochpreisiges Objekt, das aufgrund seiner Eigenschaften nicht auf normalem Postwege rückversandt werden kann. Im Fall eines Widerrufs und um Verlust zu vermeiden, muss das Kaufobjekt als Wertpaket zurückgeschickt werden mit Versandversicherung in Höhe des Kaufpreises. Der Käufer ist haftbar für jegliche Schäden im Verlustfalle, wenn die Ware unversichert zurückgeschickt wurde.

6.8 Die gelieferten Kaufobjekte sind gegebenenfalls mit Schutzfolie umgeben. Diese Schutzfolie behindert nicht die Prüfung von Zustand, Eigenschaften und Funktionsfähigkeit des Kaufobjektes. Die Schutzfolie verhindert Beschädigungen der Uhr während des Prüfungsprozesses durch den Käufer. Der Wiederverkaufswert der Uhr kann durch Entfernung der Schutzfolie bedeutend beeinträchtigt werden. Der Käufer kann einen Wertverlust der Kaufobjekte erleiden, falls die Schutzfolie entfernt und der Vertag widerrufen wird.

6.9 Der Käufer verpflichtet sich, jegliche Dokumente und Verpackung sowie den gesamten Lieferumfang des gelieferten Kaufobjekts zurückzusenden.

6.10 Der Verkäufer wird den in Rechnung gestellten Preis des Kaufobjektes durch Überweisung auf das vom Käufer angegebene Bankkonto so schnell wie möglich innerhalb von 30 Werktagen rückerstatten. Dem Verkäufer ist es nicht möglich, den Kaufpreis auf Visa/Mastercard Kreditkarten rückzuerstatten.
