Your Terms and Conditions

1, Rollerdor measure the customers property (only on installed jobs) solely for the purpose of ascertaining whether the request for goods made by the customer may be provided. Rollerdor may at their discretion decline to contract with the customer to provide goods.

2, Orders will be confirmed in writing after placement. Orders will detail goods ordered and be price specified. The customer is asked to confirm these details and that they have read these terms and conditions.

3, Payment of the goods shall be made as follows. Goods ordered on a supply only will be paid in full upon placing the order. Goods placed on an installed basis will be paid 50% of the value upon placing the order and the balance to be paid upon completion of the order. If payment is not made as detailed above interest at 1% per month will be charged on the outstanding sum, this will accrue on a daily basis.

4, All goods are made to measure in the case of a cancellation all costs incurred by Rollerdor will be deducted from the monies paid to date. Ownership of the goods supplied will not be pass to the customer until the invoiced sum and any outstanding interest is paid in full. Rollerdor shall be entitled to sue for the price once the same is due, not with standing the fact that the ownership of the goods supplied has not passed to the customer.

5, Rollerdor will use their best endeavour to supply all orders within 25 working days. Customers will be notified of any delay, delivery or installation will take place as soon as possible. Customers will be contacted to arrange delivery or installation one week before it can take place.

6, All products and fittings are guaranteed for 2 years. Rollerdor will resolve all customers concerns as soon as possible and upon completion of the delivery or installation to Rollerdor satisfaction, the customer will be asked to sign a certificate of completion. Rollerdor are not responsible for any problems, which could not be immediately visible upon survey and if known to the customer prior to delivery or installation are not satisfied. However the company will endeavour to do their utmost to rectify the situation.
