Good seller to be honest. Tripod arrived without a nut, but seller very quickly offered to send replacement, although was easier for me to get one from b&q. The product itself... As bad as it gets. Terribly flimsy and will fall over hundreds of times. Just not fit for purpose. You'll need lots of stones and bags of gravel to secure it. Will still fall anyway. If on a Pier, than absolutely no chance. UK made sais it all.
