This was my first scale figure purchase from a third-party. The product was advertised as new, but it looked like the outer and inner boxes were both opened and re-sealed due to the asymmetrical packaging tape - not the typical circular tape on the outside as you would expect. However, the product arrived fast and without visible damage apart from very minor paint defects that I hear is normal with these hand-crafted scales. Overall, I am satisfied.
