Not so much the item but the customer service!!! I was notified about the figure I bought and was given a specific time when they would ship out my item. Though they said it would arrive in two weeks it arrived in 2 days! I'm extremely happy with how I was treated which for me is the most thankful thing I could ask for! Thank you!
