The worst part was the rudeness and disrespect I had to endure. Rather than taking accountability for a mistake, and we do all make mistakes, this seller chose to blame me and then not-so-subtly imply impropriety on my end. Had the seller simply apologized and offered to make it right, I probably would not have been inclined to return the item. This was my first return on eBay and I had to ask eBay to step in.
