Fast shipping, I had asked about some Thermal paste and they included some for me as a once off. Part installed ok, The Silicon used to keep the thermistor in place was a little off centre and raised so I had to shave it down a little for it to fit under the metal clip and then the wires came loose. But I squeezed them back into place and the Iron works again so I'm happy enough and the wife is delighted!
