    This TSAR came very quickly and was just as pictured...brand new in a sealed box. My husband was so happy to have his favorite cologne again. The same day I placed this order, I initiated a return for the same product purchased 2 weeks before. That came in a worn box and I returned it just as I received it. Unfortunately, the seller gave me a partial refund only, claiming it had been used. It was not used by us. I wrote to the seller requesting the full refund, but did not received a response.

    Item was as described, however I tried to buy both bottles of Hermes Amazone offerred by seller and was charged for both. Right after order was placed I was credited a refund for slightly less than 1/2 of my purchase price and tax. Obviously, the Ebay system itself was at fault for not promptly updating the available quantity. The seller has responded promptly to provide a refund of the shortage. Packaging was excellent.
