Buyer demanded a refund, but I couldn't do that because it was already escalated. I explained this in detail and was polite. After he received the refund, he agreed to revise the feedback to a Positive. Asked me for a feedback revision request, and then went completely silent. Sellers have a limited amount of revision requests they can send out, and I believe he intentionally wanted to consume one of my revision requests. I've sent several messages asking to revise, but he's ignoring me.
