Purchased a VFD that was faulty ( noisy ) and the seller was unreasonable to solve the problem stating the noise level was as per documentation.
I had an electrical engineer confirm it was faulty and the unit doesn’t conform to the AUS standards and only rated for 220v and not recommended for use unless there is a certificate of compliance for the device .
An industry professional has advised me not to use this unit .

I clearly stated the noise level in the details form, and I thought your purchase indicated that you could accept it. Later you told me it was too noisy, and I asked you to send me an audio or noise level data from your test, but you kept making excuses saying you didn't have any. I've bought so many VFDs, some of which were from Australia, and some even repurchased. They didn't say there was any problem. And I refunded you...
