Some hardware defects. One of the 1/2" to 3/4"brass fittings that connect supply line to mixer was deformed, it had a sharp side and a dull side of the threads. Manufacturing error that caused a leak. Reinstalled three times before we noticed the error. Had to permanently solder the brass fitting to the supply. Rubber o-rings for both sides of the mixer we're smaller than desired and didn't seal correctly, got replaced. Got the mixer installed & working. Better hardware would save a headache.
