I ordered the item; the seller submitted the shipping information to USPS but never shipped the item. I sent the seller several messages asking for an update but didn t hear back from the seller for nearly a week. I was told my order must have been “lost” by USPS, but tracking information indicated they are still awaiting the seller. I requested a refund, no response from the seller until I contacted eBay to assist. The case was resolved thanks to eBay becoming involved. Buyers Beware.
