Frame badly damaged in shipping --VERY POORLY PACKED --just wrapped plastic not even in box. NO WAY this type frame could arrive unscathed. Poor quality frame. COMPLETE WASTE of money. Of course seller said could return but that would have taken quite a bit of time and money. Don't waste your money on poor quality frames that are carlessly packaged.

The buyer ordered the frame over the Christmas holidays when the post office is full. The frame was well packaged with soft plastic and cardboard, like all of my unique frames. They always arrive in good condition. I asked the buyer to send a photo of the damage, he did not take a photo. It's a pity.
