Item of purchase was not as described, ordered 4XL Jumper for a friend but these jumpers were barely fitting me and I’m an XL. Organised to return items but seller refused to refund return post claiming no reimbursement for wrongful orders, or change of mind. These particular products were not adequately sized for what the largest size they had. Then takes over 9days to refund and only after I contacted them and complained about it. Bad service and product description.
