NEVER!! Again I will buy anything from eBay, my third time that sellers try tricking me. This seller try persuade me with by give me a discount % to keep a damage Christmas tree. The Christmas tree also had a horrible smoky smell like if has been next to a fireplace for the past 10 years! The seller keep replying to my texts but was only interested in trying convincing me to keep the tree. I had to contact customer service and they help me with a refund. Never again like I said. Be aware!

Item arrived but didn't look new, seller said it was old stock. Took the tree out of the box and a lot of the plastic snow fell off and every time it was knocked they continued to fall. Safety issue with dogs and a toddler. Explained to seller but insists its new and to put it up and enjoy.
