These work ok if the screw head is flush with the surface. But since delivery time was so long, I ended up punching out dots myself from a vinyl sheet meant for wire shelving, and then using double-sided adhesive dots to attach the vinyl punch-outs to the screw heads That solution was much cheaper - maybe not as professional looking, but it keeps paint out of the holes, And the technique I described is somewhat universal in application.
