    Ever have one of those times... after reaching back out to a retailer , you have this urge to turn around, Look the person in the eye, Reach out, lean in, shake their hand and say, "thank you. Thank you very much." While giving that firm and very suddle nod of the head. Knowing they can see in your eyes... THAT THEY ARE DOING IT RIGHT! This could have gone bad serval times but it's like bad service does not exist with this retailer. Can't say enough good stuff here!
